Back to conferences!
I am happy to revive my blog to share some (good) news! After a quite long period I focused on “less public” work (as developer and consultant), I am trying to get back to developer conferences. Even if logistics and time availability are quite a challenge, for a number of reasons, I strongly believe to attend conferences and to meet other developers from all over the world is a significant addition to my job and, in the past, it always greatly improved my skills as a developer and software architect (it’s a never-ending-learning job!).
After attending the Italian DelphiDay (in Piacenza, Italy), today (01.07.2025) I am at the Delphi Code Camp (https://delphi-code-camp.de/) in Düsseldorf (Germany) where I’ll be giving a workshop, on the third day, about mobile REST client development.

Next events will be:
- Pascal conference 2025: Germany, September 18th-21st (https://pascalconference.com/)
- Delphi Start: Italy, September 26th (https://www.delphistart.it/)
- EKON 29: Germany, October 27th-29th (https://entwickler-konferenz.de/de/)
Topics I will be presenting range from my open source projects (MARS and TFrameStand) updates to unit testing and Delphi as a modern language sessions. By the way, MARS just got a new release last week (and it now has an a handy executable setup, so there has never been a better momento to give it a try).
I am really looking forward to meet old and new friends from the Delphi community while learning something new and trying to share something back to the community.
Sincerely,
Andrea
How much of the content at these conferences is in English?
Hi Bruce, almost of it I would say. Apart from events in Italy, I am used to do my sessions in English.
Sincerely,
Andrea
