CentroSoftware Academy 2026

CentroSoftware Academy initiative, at least for the part I was involved as a Delphi trainer, has come to an end.

Topic list was broad including introduction to Delphi and IDE, object pascal language, GUI, data access, parallel programming, SOLID principles, code quality, Delphi as a modern language, modern architectures, REST and networking. In many ways, it has been a journey through the challenges and best practices that modern developers face every day.

It has been a rewarding experience to support participants throughout their learning journey and watch their skills grow session after session.

Personally, I’ve always loved spending time with fellow developers. Sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas, and learning from each other is an enriching experience that goes both ways. As an Embarcadero MVP, I’m especially happy to see new generations approaching Delphi. Its longevity is no coincidence: Delphi has powered successful business applications for decades and continues to be a solid and productive development platform. Being able to introduce some of its strengths to future professionals is both exciting and inspiring.

Kudos to the company for providing such a valuable bridge between learning and the workplace, giving participants a strong boost toward a successful and confident integration into the professional environment.

These days, there is a lot of discussion and hype surrounding the software development world. However, I strongly believe that providing a solid foundation, combined with a practical and pragmatic approach to technology, is still the best way to prepare the next generation of developers.

Last but not least, congratulations to all participants and I wish you all best of luck in your future careers and professional journeys. It has been a pleasure being part of it!
